Tiffaney McClendon
Tiffaney McClendon is a leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience guiding others to realize their potential as leaders. Her diverse background across various professions as well as her lived experience as a woman of color have helped her develop a responsive and inclusive approach to leadership. She has dedicated the last five years to creating unique training experiences and content that help current and aspiring leaders discover and enhance their leadership knowledge and skills. Tiffaney believes crucial elements of great leadership include humility, accountability, inclusivity, emotional intelligence, effective communication, proper training, and a willingness to continue learning and growing.
Tiffaney currently serves as the Director of Learning & Inclusion at Birmingham Zoo in Birmingham, Alabama.

Laura Martina
Laura Martina, founder of Leadby, is a seasoned leadership professional with over 20 years of experience in People Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. With a career spanning both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including her transformative role as Chief People Officer at Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Laura has honed a unique ability to build inclusive, productive cultures and empower teams to thrive. Her leadership journey is grounded in her expertise in navigating complex organizational growth and fostering environments where individuals feel valued and engaged.
As a certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, Laura partners with leaders to enhance self-awareness, communication, and collaboration. Through Leadby, she continues to develop innovative training and coaching experiences that equip current and aspiring leaders with the tools they need to grow. Laura is passionate about helping leaders build intentional cultures, embrace accountability, and develop the emotional intelligence needed to inspire their teams and drive meaningful change.
