Meet Laura

Laura Martina is a Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation. For over 20 years, she has worked in People Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. Her opportunity to work both in the for-profit and nonprofit arenas offer her clients a wide range of experiences to draw from.

Laura has extensive experience working with organizations to identify and shape a culture that is inclusive, intentional and brings meaning to all stakeholders. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from Fresno State.

As an Executive Coach, Laura works with leaders to help them build skills that connect them more to their teams, make them aware of their behaviors and how they impact their teams, and give them the tools they need to be more effective communicators and collaborators.

Meet Tiffaney

Tiffaney McClendon is a leadership professional with more than 30 years of experience guiding others to realize their potential as leaders. Her diverse background across various professions as well as her lived experience as a woman of color have helped her develop a responsive and inclusive approach to leadership. She has dedicated the last five years to creating unique training experiences and content that help current and aspiring leaders discover and enhance their leadership knowledge and skills.

Tiffaney believes crucial elements of great leadership include humility, accountability, inclusivity, emotional intelligence, effective communication, proper training, and a willingness to continue learning and growing.

Tiffaney currently serves as the Director of Learning & Inclusion at Birmingham Zoo in Birmingham, Alabama.

Harrison is a visionary and results-oriented executive leader with over two decades of experience dedicated to advancing zoos and aquariums as global leaders in conservation, guest engagement, and community impact.

Throughout his career, Harrison has driven transformative growth at every level, blending strategic vision with a creative, solutions-oriented approach. His leadership style combines creativity with pragmatism, enabling him to leverage emerging trends and best practices while remaining grounded in the practicalities of operational success.

With broad expertise in strategic planning, animal welfare, project oversight, and exhibit design, Harrison brings a wealth of knowledge to the leadership of large non-profits. Looking to the future, Harrison is excited to continue his journey in leadership roles, shaping the future of conservation, design and community impact.
